Includes:  One jersey, spandex, socks, Xtreme tote, one practice a week, four one day tournaments, coaching salary, coaching training, coaching registration, practice facility rental
 
Club Teams all ages:
 
$950- Returning players from 08-09 season
Includes:  New jersey, socks, Xtreme tote, two- two hour practices a week, 4 one day tournaments, 3 two day tournaments, coaching salary, coaching training, coaching registration, practice facility rental
 
$1100- New players for 09-10 season
Includes:  New Jersey, New warmup jacket, pants, spandex, all embroidery, printing,socks, kneepads, Xtreme tote, two two- hour practices a week, 4 one day tournaments, 3 two day tournaments, coaching salary, coaching training, coaching registration, practice facility rental
 
Elite Power Teams ages 13, 14
 
$1050-Base Cost:   Returning players from 08-09 season
Includes:  Two new uniform tops, socks, Xtreme tote, two- two hour practices a week, Full IVA power Season tournaments , coaching salary, coaching training, coaching registration, practice facility rental.
 
$1200-Base Cost:   New Players for 09-10 season:
Includes:  Two new uniform tops , New warmup jacket, pants, spandex, all embroidery, printing,socks,kneepads, Xtreme gym bag, two- two hour practices a week, Full IVA power season tournaments,  coaching salary, coaching training, coaching registration, practice facility rental.
 
Travel costs to be determined.  Estimated to be $650 per girl per travel tournament.   This will include airfare, hotel, rental cars, transfers, tournament entry fees, coaching fees, coaching travel, coaching accomocations, chaperone accomodations.  Breakfast and lunch are also included.   13's and 14's are planning on traveling to one out of state qualifier.
 
Elite Power Teams ages 15,16,17,18

USA MEMBERSHIP AND GENERAL INFO
USA volleyball membership of $55.00 is not included in the club pricing.  All girls playing for Xtreme need to be registered.  This can be done by going to the IVA website at (http://imvolleyball.org/membership.htm), and following the directions.
 
Tryout results will be posted on the website by the morning following tryouts.  Parent meetings to discuss each individual team's year, answer questions and order and size uniforms will be done on an individual team basis.  For Club and Elite teams in the 12,13 and 14 age division, meetings will be held Thursday October 29th at Weber State.  Times to be decided.  For Club and Elite teams in the 15,16,17,18 age groups, meetings will be held Thursday November 12th at Weber State.  Times to be decided.  Sport Teams Parent meeting will be November 18th.  Times and location to be decided.
 
A deposit to cover initial uniform and tournament payments will be due as follows:   club $200, 13-14 elite $200, 15-18 elite $400, sport teams $200.
