Jeana Critchfield

Jeana has recently moved from Ontario, Oregon and is excited to join Xtreme.  Jeana attended Lewis-Clark State College where she played as a right side for two years.  Following graduation Jeana moved back to the Boise, Idaho area where she coached for Boise River Volleyball Club for six years.  During that time she also coached two years as Assistant Varsity coach at Caldwell High School in Caldwell, Idaho then two years as Assistant coach at Treasure Valley Community College in Ontario, Oregon.  Following TVCC Jeana coached for Parma High School as a Head Coach.  First year as Head Coach Parma placed second at the conference tournament and made it to the State Tournament.  The second year as Head Coach Parma High School when the Conference Tournament and then won the Idaho State 2A Tournament.  Jeana was 2A Third District Coach of the year in 2007 and 2008 as well as  Idaho State 2A Volleyball Coach of the Year in 2008.

 

Since moving to Layton Jeana has volunteered at Central Davis Junior High.  Jeana has two sons 8 and 6.  She and her family love to camp, hike and be in the outdoors.  Jeana has a Masters Degree in Counseling and at this time is enjoying being a mom, volunteering at her kids school and making new friends in Layton.
